Roofing Sales and Roofing Inspectors

Location: Idaho (multiple locations)

Job Type: Commission-based with performance bonuses

We are a growing roofing company in Idaho seeking motivated and experienced Outside Roofing Sales and Roofing Inspectors to help us expand our business.

 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of roofing systems preferred.

Responsibilities:

​

• Generate leads and close sales for residential and commercial roofing projects.

• Conduct roof inspections, assess damage, and provide recommendations for repairs or replacement.

• Develop relationships with potential clients, architects, builders, and property managers to increase sales opportunities.

• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of sales, contracts, and customer interactions.

• Qualifications:

• Proven track record in roofing sales with a strong customer base.

• Knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods. Not required but preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.

• Commission-based pay with performance bonuses.
